Come early to land smoothly

We’re here to make sure that you get the most out of every session starting from the day one. Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your class so we can show you around and go through all the practical things. Five minutes before your class starts the instructor will be there available for session related questions.

Once you have booked your first session, download the Bongos Studio app and complete your details. That way it’ll be quick and easy to do the ‘Studio Introduction’ when you arrive.

  • 60 – 90 minute classes with discipline leading instructors designed to take your training to another level
  • Skill-focused workouts: Strength, Movement & Mobility, Gymnastics and Street Workout
  • Different dance styles: Commercial, Street, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Afro, Heels and Contemporary
  • Diverse workouts with different muscle group focused sessions: Full Body, Upper and Lower Body + Core
  • Dance choreographies repeats maximum two times, if not requested for third round
